  • What are the qualifications necessary for an apartment

    All applicants need to have:

    1. 650+ Credit score

    2.  No previous Collections or Evictions.

    3. Pat $50.00 Application Fee.

    4. Upload a copy of valid ID, 2 most recent Pay stubs or any other available proof of income, and upload most recent Bank Statement.

  • How do I request maintenance?

    All tenants have access to a maintenance portal through their Appfolio Tenant portals. All that is necessary is to log into the Tenant account, click on the Maintenance tab and submit the request. It is always recommended to give as detailed description of the problem as possible and if they have it, upload pictures and videos of the issue. 

  • Can I sublease my apartment at any given moment?

    Tenants are able to sublease their apartments at any moment, however they are required to find the replacement on their own. Once the potential tenant is found, they need to apply, and if the applications is approved they will be added to the tenant portal. A blank lease document will be provided for the Tenant and Sub-Leaser to sign. 

  • How and where do I pay my Move in charges?

    Once the Lease is signed, the Applicant will be sent an invitation via text message and email to activate their Tenant portal. Once the portal is activated, the charges will be visible and they can proceed with payments online. Payments can be made via Credit Card and ACH. 

    If someone is not able to pay online, we offer an option to pay in person at our office with a Certified check or Cash (receipt will be provided). 

  • What other apartments do you have For Rent?

    All our vacant and avalable apartments are listed on our website. Please look on our RENTALS page for all units available. 

  • Who do I contact for Sales services?

    For all sales inquiries please email Info@openpathrealty.com and your email will be forwarded to the appropriate party. Additional option is to look on our Team page and directly request an appointment with one of our Brokers.
